Did you happen to go to the closest Applebee’s restaurant to your house with a group of people? How many of you like the same things? How many of you have different opinions or food tastes? Are you just like me and love almost anything and can never decide which apps in particular to get? Here ya go, folks! If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, then this app is right up your alley! The price may be high to some, but for all of the different things that you get it’s certainly worth it to me!

5. Honey BBQ Boneless Wings

Being a part of their 2 for $22 meal deal, my boyfriend and I have shared these the few times that we’ve been there. You get to choose your wing sauce, as well as the dipping sauce that comes on the side. Their Boneless Wings definitely give Buffalo Wild Wings a run for their money in my personal opinion! 4. White Queso Dip & Chips

Anytime any sort of menu has White Queso on it, chances are that I’ll wanna order it to try it. I think that White Queso is one of the greatest gifts that this whole entire world has to offer. One of the best store-bought White Quesos that I’ve had in my lifetime has got to be the one that is sold at Costco by the brand-name Queso Mama.
In my personal opinion, I feel that this appetizer comes with the most perfect amount of chips for your queso and vice a versa. This would definitely be something that I order with one to-go next time I’m there. I cannot get enough of it!
3. Chicken Wonton Tacos
Price: $9.89
Now, I’ve never personally had these before; however, they do look absolutely amazing! I’ve never even heard of such a thing, but it definitely looks quite good. It’s ‘taco wrapper’ includes a shell that is kinda like those plain fried wontons that you can order at a Chinese restaurant – delicious (also kind of like the outer portion of a Crab Rangoon as well)!
The shredded and pulled chicken inside of these tacos is marinated for a long while in their Sweet Asian Chile sauce (yup, the same one from the wing sauce options a couple of apps ago) and also topped with some of their Signature Coleslaw and fresh cilantro – all wrapped up into a perfectly crispy wonton! I will definitely be trying these next time I dine in there!
2. Brew Pub Pretzels & Beer Cheese Dip
Price: $9.49
Soft pretzels with cheese is probably one of the most famous, well-known, and delicious appetizers in the world out there! Whether it’s beer cheese dip, nacho cheese dip, or even if the pretzel is stuffed with some sort of cheese, this snack/app combo just simple cannot be beat!
Here are the two different dip options that come with delicious delicious, salty soft pretzel sticks!
- BLUE MOON White Cheddar Beer Cheese
- Honey Dijon Mustard
I have personally had this appetizer, and I 100% recommend asking for an extra side of this (something that I didn’t do and do regret) to dip my fries in or just to take home and eat as soup!

Now, I haven’t been to an Applebee’s since right before the Christmas holidays, so I just knew that something new was gonna show up on the menu since then, and yup folks, here we are! Please help to join me and welcome in the newest appetizer to the Applebee’s menu!
Here’s what these delicious, stick-to-your-ribs Loaded Waffle Fries consist of!
- Crispy Waffle Fries
- Blend of Melted Cheddar Cheeses
- BLUE MOON White Cheddar Beer Cheese (same as the Pretzel Stick appetizer)
- House-Made Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
These flavors sound absolutely delectable to me; however, if you don’t agree, just ask for one of the sauces on the side – you’re a weirdo, but I guess that’s fine. We love weirdos, am I right?!
Honorable Mention
Breadsticks w/ Alfredo Sauce
I couldn’t talk about the top 6 appetizers from Applebee’s without having this one as an Honorable Mention. It is so good and one of the best on this list in my personal opinion. It kind of reminds me of Olive Garden’s version of this sort of app!
It includes some delicious golden brown home-made breadsticks with a garlic parsley butter crust (almost exactly just like Olive Garden’s version of home-made breadsticks), followed by some delicious and creamy Alfredo sauce for dipping!
