Top Chef is featuring Talenti in this week’s Quickfire Challenge
Top Chef may be in its 19th season on Bravo but the show still seems to be going strong. If you haven’t watched any of the 19 seasons, each episode consists of a Quickfire Challenge where the chefs have to quickly make something amazing based on a theme and then they move on to the main challenge of the episode. In this week’s Quickfire Challenge, the show will be cooling things down with Talenti Gelato and Sorbetto.
Inspired by Talent’s new Parings line, the chefs will have to make a unique sweet and savory dessert in 45 minutes or less. If you’ve ever done any baking or made any desserts at all, you know that is a very short time period.
They only get 45 minutes because that’s how long Talenti’s slow cooking process takes. They slow cook the ingredients in the cream and milk to make their amazing gelato and sorbetto. I highly recommend their mint chocolate chip, but I digress.
Their new Pairing collection that will be featured on the episode is made up of cocktail and dessert flavors including Strawberry Margarita (Yum!), Bourbon Fudge Brownie, Salted Chocolate Churro (I’m gonna need this ASAP), and Caramel Pretzel Blondie.

Additionally, whoever wins the Quickfire Challenge will have their dessert turned into a new Talenti flavor! It will definitely be interesting to see what they make and what the flavor will be.
But while we might get to see this new gelato line on the episode, it won’t be in stores until Fall 2022. The wait is going to be unbearable!
