Some of the brand’s offerings for Mother’s Day this year, include Chocolate Peanut Butter French Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and a Brunch Bundle that features Turkey & Cheese Egg Bites, just to name a few! They also have Maple Pork Breakfast Sausage — and hurry, these won’t be around for long.

Along with some Mother’s Day extras, the brand also sent my way these three summer meals:

The South-of-the-Border Beef Taco Salad, Chicken in Dijon Sauce, and Pork Chops with Zesty Green Onion Salsa. Who doesn’t love tacos? I know I do! I can enjoy some tacos during any season, but summer area slo great for salads, so why not combine the two? That is exactly what South-of-the-Border Beef Taco Salad does and boy is it tasty! My new favorite meal from the brand, the sauce is perfection and I highly recommend it.

From the Mother’s Day offering, my favorite are the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Cherry Jam! Lovely flavors, my taste buds have now entered summer.

If you think cooking really isn’t for you, same! But HelloFresh has never failed to include simple recipes that anyone can pull off.
