Are you ready for a bake sale? For the first time ever on MasterChef Junior, our young cheftestants will be hosting a bake sale! And we have a first look at the action.

In the preview we saw at the end of episode 8, “Jalapeno Business,” we quickly learned that the MasterChef Junior chefs would be taking on a baking challenge. And with a title like “The Big Bake Sale,” we can’t help but be excited to see what is to come.

Luckily for us, we have the first minute and 35 seconds of the episode to get us excited for what is to come in episode 9! As we would expect from any MasterChef challenge, it all starts with the perfect display of what is to come. And that meant three distinct tables loaded with decadent desserts and baked goods.

MasterChef Junior Season 8 is hosting a bake sale!

So what can we expect from this episode? Well it looks like we are going to see our cheftestants baking up some delicious treats of course. And after watching them get excited over the tables of treats at the beginning of the episode, we can’t wait to see how things go when they have to create those desserts/baked goods.

According to the press email we received, our top eight will be divided into two teams for their bake sale challenge. And not only that, but it sounds like the judging will come from the people who are actually “buying” the baked goods. (This makes sense as many of the challenges this season have been based on the reactions of the people getting the opportunity to try the cheftestants’ food.)
