When it comes to getting the grocery shopping done or snagging a few things for a barbecue or cookout, Publix has us covered. With a prepared food section that offers everything from whole cooked chicken to soups, potato wedges, and even freshly made sandwiches, to a bakery that has all the sweet treats and baked breads you could want, this is definitely a great choice for picking up those barbecue necessities.

And on the Fourth of July, if you are trying to get the party started but have no desire to do the cooking to make it happen, they have your back. Or perhaps you just need extras of hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, and condiments. No worries because they have that too.

But what about actually getting that shopping done on Independence Day?
