Here’s how Applebee’s is heating up summer for customers

Applebee’s is bringing the heat this summer and that means giving us a tasty deal on shrimp and giving us two new Mucho Cocktails to sip on!

When we think of Applebee’s what comes to mind first? For a lot of us, it is their amazing Mucho Cocktails and of course, their deals. And yes, that includes deals on those amazing cocktails. Of course, it is not just the drinks that comes to mind when we think of the restaurant. It is also their 2 for $20 menu! (There is also the Brew Pub Pretzels and Beer Cheese Dip on the appetizer menu that we order every single time we go to an Applebee’s.)

But what does that have to do with the restaurant heating up summer? And what exactly is Applebee’s is doing this summer to bring the heat (and the savings)?

Applebee’s is giving us two new Mucho Cocktails and a deal that includes shrimp and steak!

So first, let’s talk about that shrimp deal. According to the press email we received on behalf of the restaurant,

"Guests can head to Applebee’s to fire up their summer by ordering any steak entrée and adding a Dozen Double Crunch Shrimp for only $1 more! Applebee’s crispy Double Crunch Shrimp are battered, fried golden brown and served with cocktail sauce. This delicious deal is available however guests choose to dine – whether its Applebee’s To Go, Delivery or a local neighborhood restaurant."

Can you really go wrong getting 12 shrimp for $1? We think not! And getting an order of shrimp with steak is definitely the way to our foodie hearts.

But what about those Mucho Cocktails?

For just $6 each, we can sip on either the NEW Strawberry Summer Squeeze or the NEW Electric Lemon Crush. For the Electric Lemon Crush, we are looking at a cocktail that starts with a Grey Goose Vodka and then adds in fresh lemonade, premium lemon sour, and blue curaçao. And then we have the Strawberry Summer Squeeze which is also made with lemonade, but it then adds in Bacardi Superior, strawberry, and the premium lemon sour (once again).

Whether you are heading to Applebee’s for one of these new Mucho Cocktails or to get that steak and shrimp deal, it feels like you can’t go wrong planning your next dinner or date night around the deal or the drinks.
