General Mills introduces limited-edition Cinnafuego Toast Crunch

General Mills has been bringing out different versions of Cinnamon Toast Crunch over the past few years and more are still coming out. The cereal brand has recently come out with a new spicy Cinnamon Toast Crunch that you will not want to miss.

CinnaFuego Toast Crunch is General Mills’ newest version of the cinnamon sugar cereal. It’s sweet, cinnamon-y, and spicy AF. I was lucky enough to try a sample of the new snack and they were not lying when they said spicy.

But they don’t taste like you might think. They taste exactly like Hot Tamales. If you’ve ever had the chewy candy, you already know precisely how this new limited-edition cereal tastes. When I first opened the bag, it smelled just like red hots so I kind of knew what I was getting into but I was still surprised by the taste. It was like a bite of my childhood when I used to eat a box of Hot Tamales like it wasn’t burning my mouth to death.

Are you excited for General Mills’ new CinnaFuego Toast Crunch?

I can imagine the spice would be lessened if you ate the cereal with milk, but you’d still get the strong cinnamon flavor. It will definitely wake you up in the morning!

But where do you get this new spicy cereal? It became available only on the Walmart website on Friday, Aug 12, 2022. A 5.9-ounce bag costs $5.98 and they come in a resealable bag so you don’t have to worry about everything going stale in a box. Can we get this for all cereal??

Unfortunately, the cereal is only available for a limited time so you better pick them up while they are still on the website. And who knows? If they sell enough of them, maybe they’ll become a permanent addition to the General Mills lineup. Imagine mixing these with Chex Mix? Yes, please!
