Rosanna Pansino has some exciting news for her fans saddened over the recent news about Baketopia being gone from HBO Max. And while even she doesn’t think there will be a second season, that doesn’t mean that was the last of Pansino on our screens.

In a post shared to her Instagram account, Rosanna Pansino announced that she has a new competition series over on Food Network (with playback episodes being available on Discovery Plus as well).

Just in time for Fall and Halloween, Pansino will be hosting and judging the Halloween Cookie Challenge! And she won’t be alone in judging, as she will be joined by a Food Network staple and in many cases a fan favorite – Jet Tila!

Rosanna Pansino is heading to the Food Network with new competition series, Halloween Cookie Challenge

According to the Nerdy Nummies baker, the new series is set to premiere on September 26 (which happens to be a Monday) at 10 PM. And while we don’t know much about the format of the show or what exactly to expect, we do know that there will be cookies and a Halloween theme.

We love baking competitions in general and with the Food Network being the home of such amazing gems as the Spring Baking Championship, the Holiday Baking Championship, Buddy Vs Duff, Cake Wars, and the Halloween Baking Championship (to name just a few), we are equally excited for a new Halloween themed baking competition.

Considering this is a baking competition, we can’t wait to see what both Rosanna Pansino and Jet Tila bring to the table in Halloween Cookie Challenge. And while they may not be doing the baking, we can only hope that they bring the fun to every episode and challenge.

What do you think fellow Food TV fans? Are you excited for a new baking competition hosted (and judged) by Rosanna Pansino? What do you think of a baking challenge revolving around Halloween themed cookies?
