In August, we were introduced to a whole new steak company, Holy Grail Steak Co. For us, it was a chance to enjoy one of our favorite proteins, steak. And of course, it was also an opportunity to try a new company that delivers.

And what they are delivering is next level steaks that melt in your mouth in the form of American Wagyu Akaushi Beef. If you have never heard of this particular cut of steak, have no fear because we have the details you need.

According to the company,

Sounds delicious right? We got to try one of these steaks for ourselves and it was everything we could have hoped for in a steak and more.

One of their 16 oz. New York Strip cuts of this steak was perfect for two people and paired perfectly with seasonal veggies and garlicky potatoes. It cooked beautifully on a sear pan and it didn’t need any type of marinade to be tender and delicious. In fact, all we did was top it with some garlic infused butter and it was a next level steak experience.

Of course, there is one thing to consider if you want to give this steak a try. Prices range from $52 to $415 depending on what you are ordering. And yes, there are options! From the cut of the steak to whether or not you want it as a surf and turf, you get to choose how you want to try this amazing beef.
