While pumpkin desserts (and everything else) are the most popular during this time of year, not everyone likes pumpkin. Luckily, there are plenty of other non-pumpkin desserts that still scream fall.
Let’s start with pie! The Marie Callendar has Dutch Apple Pie is made with apples (obviously), and cinnamon, and has a crunchy brown sugar streusel on top.
I got to try this pie and it’s really good! It also makes it seem like you are sort of making something from scratch. You first put the pie in the oven without the crumble. Then after that cooks, you take it out and put the crumble on top, and then put it back into the oven to crisp that up. It’s delicious.
Next, cookies! Duncan Hines has a Chocolate Chip Caramel Cookie Kit. You get the cookie mix, frosting, leaf-shaped sprinkles, and directions on how to put it all together. If you’re looking for a last-minute dessert for a Halloween party, this is the perfect thing. It’s quick, easy, and delicious!
