It’s over two months until Christmas but new candy cane flavors are already being announced. And who knows? You might be able to find them in some stores. There are no boundaries between the holidays anymore.

Two of the more unique candy cane flavors that will be available this year will be from Hilco Sweets and include Girl Scouts Thin Mints and Twinkies. Yes, you read that right. There is going to be a Twinkies candy cane this year. We are really headed for the apocalypse, my friends.

The Girl Scouts Thin Mints Candy Cane is supposed to taste like the very popular Girl Scout cookie. But besides the flavor, it also has a green and red swirl so it’s perfect for the holidays and will look great if you hang them on your Christmas tree. These also sound like they could be really good, especially if they get the chocolate flavor in there.

Now, let’s talk about the Twinkie candy canes. They are yellow and white and are flavored to taste like Twinkies. I would love to know what this is going to taste like. Vanilla? Sugary? Cake? Cream? Let’s just hope there is no peppermint involved. Mint and Twinkies don’t seem like two things that go well together..

The yellow and white color also doesn’t scream Christmas but these are certainly not the only non-Christmas color candy canes out there. There are neon green and pink candy canes nowadays. In comparison, yellow is nothing.

While these two new flavors haven’t been seen in any stores quite yet, they are sure to be available any day now. Once Halloween is over, they will likely be at grocery stores, candy stores, and at your local dollar stores.
