CookUnity now offering breakfast items
CookUnity is the first chef-to-consumer marketplace where chefs make delicious meals and they are sent directly to the customer. We covered their lunch and dinner options earlier this year but now they are taking on breakfast!
Considering how difficult it can be to eat a full meal for breakfast when you’re running out the door, this seems like a great way to get a good breakfast and not have to do all the work. The new option started on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022, and includes dishes from nutritionist and chef Emily Pech, chef José Garces, and butcher Pat LaFrieda.
Some of the new items include Strawberry Chia Yogurt Parfait with Granola, Mission Style Chorizo Breakfast Burrito, a Power Wrap with Egg White, Turkey, Mozzarella, Spinach, and Pesto, and a Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo and Eggs. While there are only a few breakfast items now, they are sure to add more soon.
Additionally, the new breakfast items are only available in the New York City market and the surrounding areas in the Mid-Atlantic corridor. Hopefully, it expands to the rest of the country soon.
CookUnity has just added breakfast to their menu
Even if breakfast isn’t your thing, CookUnity provides a ton of delicious meals and all of the ingredients are ethically sourced. And all the food is made by chefs! You really can’t get better than that. It’s like having a personal chef in your house except it’s way less expensive. And if you don’t like a certain type of food, with over 80 chefs, there is sure to be something for everyone.
When you subscribe, you just have to pick how many meals you want and then pick what proteins you prefer (including if you want vegetarian and/or vegan meals). Then you get to pick exactly which meals you want. It’s not like other meal subscription services where you’re surprised each week and then end up with something you don’t want. You get to pick the exact meals you’ll get and know which chef made them.
Will you be signing up for some breakfast at CookUnity? Have you tried the meal service before? let us know in the comments below!
