It’s Veterans Day and the last thing you want to do is cook, especially in the morning! That said, you likely want breakfast prepared for you as you scroll through social media on your phone. But, if you’re off work today, as many companies are to observe this holiday, you may be wondering if fast food restaurants are even open, particularly IHOP, our go-to breakfast place.
What’s better than a coffee and pancake (or waffle)? Seasonal holiday meals and a seemingly endless menu of drinks, and no one does it better than IHOP.
Veterans Day is a federal holiday in the United States that is observed annually on November 11. On this day, we honor military veterans of the Unites States Armed Forces. This also means fast food restaurants may change their hours of operation or close shop altogether. So is the restaurant open today, November 11? Here’s what we know!
Is IHOP open Veterans Day 2022?
Yes! IHOP is definitely open. The restaurant is actually one of the few fast food restaurants that is open 24/7 all year long. Yes, this includes the most popular and major holidays, such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, so Veterans Day is not going to stop it.
And as important as it is to honor all veterans, it’s not a holiday everyone can take off from work or one businesses choose to close on. So just about all fast food and restaurant chains are open on this day and follow regular hours of operation. Need a few others to add to your list?
