Sweeten your holidays with Dunkin’ inspired treats

Dunkin’ fans love to fuel up on their caffeinated beverages and breakfast treats. Who doesn’t love coffee and a donut? And can anyone say no to a MUNCHKIN®?! Frankford Candy has teamed up with our favorite caffeine source to bring some new Dunkin’ holiday treats. Fans can enjoy a Dunkin’ Box O’ Chocolates and two new flavors of Dunkin’ Hot Chocolate BOMBs®, inspired by some fan favorites, just in time for the holidays.

For the past couple of years, hot cocoa bombs have become the trendy seasonal cold weather treat. If you’ve never experienced the fun and indulgence of a hot cocoa bomb, add it to your holiday bucket list! First, you put the chocolate sphere in a mug. Then you pour hot milk or water over the hot cocoa bomb and watch as it melts and reveals the cocoa powder, marshmallows and/or other treats inside.

Last year Dunkin’ debuted the Original Dunkin’ Hot Chocolate BOMB™ and the Dunkin’ Mint Hot Chocolate BOMB™. Have no fear, these flavors are back in 2022. However, joining the lineup this year are two new flavors: the Dunkin’ Dunkaccino Hot Chocolate BOMB™ and the Dunkin’ Spicy Hot Chocolate BOMB™.

Sweeten your holidays with Dunkin’ and Frankford Candy’s fan-favorite inspired holiday treats!

The Dunkaccino has mini marshmallows encased in a coffee and hot chocolate flavored Belgian milk chocolate shell. The Spicy flavored hot chocolate bomb also has mini marshmallows enclosed in a Belgian milk chocolate sphere that has hints of spice.

All varieties of the Dunkin’ Hot Chocolate BOMB® are available at a suggested retail price of $3.99 and can be purchased on Amazon or the Frankford Candy site. The hot chocolate bombs can also be purchased in select retail stores nationwide.

A new treat that Dunkin’ and Frankford Candy created this year is the Dunkin’ Box O’ Chocolates. They nailed the packaging with this treat, which resembles a Dunkin’ MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats box. However, instead of the expected donut holes, you’ll find 12 individually-wrapped filled chocolates waiting inside. The candy comes in three varieties, inspired by fan-favorite donut flavors: Boston Kreme, Brownie Batter and Chocolate Creme.

In a press email that was shared with Guilty Eats, the flavors are described as:

"Boston Kreme: A milk chocolate shell with the smooth and delicious chocolate and vanilla cream filling combination of a classic Boston cream pie.Brownie Batter: A milk chocolate shell with a rich and decadent Brownie Batter-flavored cream filling, inspired by Dunkin’s popular Valentine’s Day limited-time donut.Chocolate Creme: A white chocolate shell with a milk chocolate cream filling for a perfectly balanced bite."

This is such a fun treat and when I stick a Dunkin’ gift card inside, it will make a great gift! The Dunkin’ Box O’ Chocolates retails for $6.99 and can be found at Walmart, Target, Publix, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid and Five Below stores.
