Featured Dish: Pheasant Stew
Three Words to Describe It: Innovative, Unique, Meaty
Pheasant is something that is really popular to hunt up in Minnesota. While I’m not sure where exactly, my dad used to hunt pheasant with my grandpa when he was a kid. One time, they had a family friend make some Pheasant Stew for them and he said that it tasted super delicious! I researched a few different recipes and some said to add bacon, carrots, celery, potatoes, and even more delicious and hearty meal additions to round up this warm and perfectly Wintery meal!
Have you tried this delicious holiday treat yet? Your thoughts? Let’s hear it!

You would think that adding the already super sweet Pecan Pie on top of some delicious and creamy cheesecake would be too rich, and while it very well may be to some people, can you really ever have too much of anything around the holidays? The answer, my friends, is no way!
