Featured Dish: Bacon-Spinach Dip
Three Words to Describe It: Creamy, Green, Salty
Spinach Dip. One of the world’s most superior dips in my personal opinion (sure there are tons better, but Spinach Dip just fits in at literally any holiday table and any special occasion)! Also, side note…who doesn’t love bacon?! While I personally haven’t tried this delicious-sounding combo yet, I do know that the super salty bacon, the super creamy spinach, and whatever cracker or bread that you choose to dip it in will be super delicious all around! Plus spinach is healthy…a healthy dip!

Three Words to Describe It: Innovative, Fresh, Delicious
I never knew that people made a salad out of Collard Greens…I literally just thought that they are served on their own (and rightfully so…they’re so good on their own…they don’t need no salad). But anyways…there are tons of different recipes out there. Whether you choose to make a raw version of the salad or a warm and cooked version, I’m sure that it will be delicious nonetheless! If you’ve tried or made this before…best tips and tricks? What flavors go the best with collards?!
