This particular type of cookie, although I’ve personally never heard of it, came up on more than one list of the top cookies of the US for the specific state of Montana. It seems to be made with some deliciously soft and super sweet dates and some sort of nut (not sure which kind, but I’m sure your favorite will do just fine). Use a traditional shortbread or sugar cookie dough to tie this all together!
