Christmas is finally here and that means lots of people will be making all kinds of sweets and treats for family and friends. People are making cookies, their famous mac and cheese, and their super-popular peanut brittle (my mom makes the best. sorry, not sorry.). But if you’re missing an ingredient or two, ALDI can be your lifesaver.
It’s always during the most stressful times (AKA the holidays) when you realize that you don’t have as many eggs as you thought, that the milk is actually expired, or that you really don’t have any cinnamon or baking powder. It’s always the baking powder, isn’t it?
And where better to head to when you need a last-minute ingredient than ALDI? Most of the items are way cheaper than any grocery store you could go to and hopefully, with everyone else at the grocery store, ALDI will be a little less busy. But that might just be hopeful thinking.
The big question is: if you discover you’re missing an ingredient on Christmas Day, will ALDI actually be open?
Is ALDI closed on Christmas 2022?
Unfortunately, ALDI is closed on Christmas Day this year. It’s one of the four holidays when the store is closed. It’s also closed on Thanksgiving, Easter Sunday, and New Year’s Day. So if you need any extras, make sure to get everything on Christmas Eve. Otherwise, you’ll be out of luck.
ALDI does have quite a few deals in the days before Christmas so if you do head to the store on Christmas, you definitely won’t have to worry too much about your bank account. And when it’s the holiday season and you already bought all the gifts for your family and friends (and maybe a few for yourself as well), not having to worry about your bank account is always a good thing.
