Clearly Canadian is launching their first new flavor in four years

If you grew up in the ’90s then you may remember Clearly Canadian. It was the sparkling water brand of all sparking waters. Available in a variety of flavors, including an unflavored one (you know like a water flavored water), this was a long time favorite for many of us looking to spice up that whole water drinking situation.

And then the brand faded away. Much like a lot of ’90s brands and trends, Clearly Canadian was relegated to the back of shelves before seemingly disappearing for good and becoming a legend of sorts. Then 2017 happened and one of the greatest ’90s comeback of all happened (at least in my mind). Clearly Canadian was reintroduced to sparkling water sippers all over again.

Now, just in time for the start of 2023, Clearly Canadian is launching their first new flavor in four years! That’s right fellow sparkling water lovers, we have a new flavor to sip on and we can’t believe how excited we are about this news.

Clearly Canadian is bringing back their fan favorite flavor of yesterday – Summer Strawberry!

It’s the ’90s return we have been waiting for ever since Clearly Canadian made its 2017 comeback! Welcome back to Summer Strawberry!

During the summer of 2022, the flavor was actually released as a limited run/test to see how fans would react to the possibility of Summer Strawberry making a return to the flavor lineup. And the demand and response was an overwhelming yes! People want more flavor options and they want them to be those classic ones that we all know and love.

Thanks to that test run, Summer Strawberry will officially be joining a lineup that already includes Mountain Blackberry (my all time favorite flavor and the one I buy in bulk whenever I find it), Wild Cherry, Clearly Sparkling (remember the water flavored water), Country Raspberry, and finally Orchard Peach.

Personally, I didn’t know they did a test run of the Summer Strawberry and I am bummed I missed it. But knowing that it will be back and on shelves at stores like World Market, Kroger, Publix, and others has me excited to go on a hunt for some Clearly Canadian.

And yes, once we get ourselves some Summer Strawberry we will have to do a review and comparison of the flavor so that we can once again share the love of all things Sparkling Water from Clearly Canadian.
