Most people associate March with St. Patrick’s Day and sometimes, even Easter. However, you might be surprised to know March 7th is National Cereal Day and Cereal Pop is here to help you celebrate.
If you’re looking for something new to add to your snack rotation, you’re in luck. Snax’s Cookie and Candy Pop are introducing new products to the lineup which is Cereal Pop. The two flavors currently available are Cereal Pop made with Fruity Pebbles and Cereal Pop made with Cocoa Pebbles.
Honestly, my mouth is watering, just typing that up because that sounds delicious. Currently, you can get the 20-ounce bag from Sam’s Club of Cereal Pop with Fruity Pebbles or a 5.25-ounce bag at Walmart. As for the Cocoa Pebbles variety, you can find it at Publix in a 5.25-ounce bag or online.
If that wasn’t enough to entice you, you’ll be happy to know that we at Guilty Eats were sent a sample to try, and boy do we have a compelling case for why Cereal Pop needs to be on your grocery list.
Cereal Pop is the newest treat from Snax’s brand and it’s addictingly delightful.
First, I’d like to thank Snax for sending me a sample of each of these flavors to try but I must say you can’t go wrong with either. Between the two though, I feel like the Fruity Pebbles variety is the clear winner for me. However, if you prefer a bit of chocolate with your popcorn, then the Cocoa Pebbles variety will work better.
As I haven’t tried Cookie or Candy Pop before, I had no idea what to expect but I was so surprised at how sweet these were. While you still get that savory taste from it being popcorn, the addition of the cereal gives it a punch of sweetness. Honestly, if you’re a fan of Fruity Pebbles or Cocoa Pebbles, or both, you can’t go wrong in giving these a try.
Even if you don’t rush out on National Cereal Day to get them, they’re worth picking up on your next trip to Sam’s Club or Publix. Known for being a low-sodium option and being 150 calories a serving, these would be great for pairing with your favorite TV show or movie. Honestly, I feel like these would even go great in an Easter basket as well.
I know the next time I head to Sam’s Club, I’ll be adding the Cereal Pop with Fruity Pebbles to my cart and enjoying it during my next movie night. Regardless of when you’re deciding to try it or if you’re on the hunt for it on National Cereal Day, it’s a tasty treat.
