When it comes to cookies, everybody knows that Girl Scout cookies hit differently. However, so do Keebler cookies. The elf knows what he is doing.

Just because the elf knows what he’s doing, that doesn’t necessarily mean that Keebler cookies are better than Girl Scout cookies. And while it is currently Girl Scout cookie season, it feels like it’s been harder than ever to actually find cookies in the wild. Sure, we could go online and snag a box or two but that’s an intentional purchase. And when it comes to cookies, we are not intentional, we are impulse shoppers.

If you want to get cookies into our hand, we need to see them on display in the grocery store while we are already shopping. Or as is the case with Girl Scout cookies, we need to see them on display outside the door of wherever we are shopping.

So if you’re anything like us and you are struggling to get your hands on your favorite Girl Scout cookies, whether you’re talking Thin Mints, Samoas/Caramel deLites, or Tagalongs/Peanut Butter Patties, then you may be wondering whether or not Keebler has a dupe that lives up to the magic of the classic Girl Scout cookie.

Can Keebler Cookies live up to the magic of Girl Scout Cookies with some of their offerings?

There is no denying the Girl Scout cookies are delicious. The fact that they only come out like once a year for a limited amount of time makes them that much more special. However, they are also a bit more expensive than they used to be. And since we can only get them for a limited amount of time, you may be looking for an alternative to still get those delicious flavors.

While we love our Girl Scout cookies, there is definitely something to be said for what Keebler hast to offer. They never disappoint with their cookies and the fact that they have an assortment of cookies that could be considered dupes for Girl Scout cookies is amazing. What makes them more amazing is that they are actually pretty affordable for just as many cookies as you would get in a box of Girl Scout cookies.

Obviously, when you buy Girl Scout cookies, you are supporting the troop that is selling those cookies. You are helping to give them experiences that they may not be able to get otherwise. So we highly recommend going and snagging those Girl Scout cookies while you can. But if you can’t find any, and you want a nice alternative, then, by all means, grab those Keebler cookies. The Coconut Dreams cookie from Keebler is fudge, coconut, and caramel, just like the classic Samoas. However, I will tell you right now that this cookie is not quite the same in terms of the cookie base and even the toasted coconut is a bit different. It’s still a great alternative, but it is no Samoa.

If you happen to be a fan of Thin Mints, then that means you probably want to give the Grasshoppers from Keebler a try as well. We snagged a pack of those to try and compare, and I will admit these are a really good dupe. They’re not 100%, but they are pretty close.

Honestly, outside of Girl Scout cookie season, Keebler is our go to cookie supplier. But when those Girl Scouts don their uniforms and head out into the world with boxes of cookies, we can’t help but want to support their dreams and eat all the cookies they have to offer.
