5. Fruit N’ Yogurt Parfait

If you may recall, some years back, McDonald’s was on the receiving in of crushing criticism that argued their food was causing America’s children to become obese.

There isn’t any secret that McDonald’s food isn’t the healthiest in the world, which made those close a moot point. However, Ronald McDonald did need to urge his restaurants to promote some alternative to their popular, but an unhealthy menu.

Enter the Fruit N’ Yogurt Parfait.

This healthy parfait was not going to be the “silver bullet” to McDonald’s critics, but it did show that the chain was at least trying to add some healthy eats to its menu.

And, you know what? This was a pretty darn good addition too.

The Fruit N’ Yogurt Parfait is one of the few healthy eats that didn’t taste like healthy food. The rich mix of flavors blend well together, and it is a great product for those who both want to eat healthily but need their McDonald’s fix and the folks who want some flavor to go along with their yogurt.

While some may down the Fruit N’ Yogurt Parfait, it’s really worth a shot at trying. You may be pleasantly surprised by how much you like it.
