When it comes to delicious meals that we can cook for ourselves without having to worry about ingredients, Blue Apron is our go-to meal delivery service. They offer amazing options for everything from breakfast to dinner, and even a larger feast box or two.

Recently we had the chance to try their limited edition Brunch Box, which is perfect for feeding up to six people. And we have to admit this was a real winner!

Not only do we love the fact that the recipes are easy to follow, but these are recipes we can easily make again and again. So what exactly are the recipes that make up the Blue Apron Brunch Box?

Blue Apron releases the perfect Brunch Box for spring

The Brunch Box features everything you need to make candied bacon, avocado toast, a Cheesy Asparagus Quiche with Romesco Aioli & Marinated Artichokes, and even an Overnight French Toast Bake with Blueberries & Lemon Curd.

The avocado toast features feta cheese and radishes, all of which add another layer of texture and flavor to the offering. Then there is the candied bacon which is made with maple syrup and brown sugar, and was a perfect guilty eat.

The asparagus quiche was perfection and was actually very easy to make, even in a toaster oven (yes we had to improvise because our regular oven was on the fritz). Honestly, this entire box was magical. You had something for everyone in this box and you had items that were perfect for brunch, a special gathering of friends, or even a breakfast inspired dinner.

All of these recipes were truly easy to whip up and everything was tasty. And not only that, but we decided to recreate the recipes with our own ingredients and the recipe cards, and it was just as easy as if we had all the pre-portioned ingredients on hand. Basically, Blue Apron proved that you can make a delicious brunch without going crazy.

We love Blue Apron meals and we especially love how easy they make it for us to create restaurant quality dishes at home. And if there is one box we would absolutely get again, it would have to be this Brunch Box.
