The Reason:

Decades ago, many people thought that Todd Graves and Craig Silvey were nuts.

Create a restaurant chain that sells only chicken tenders? Back in 1996, nobody had ever heard of something that crazy. Well, hundreds of stores later, Graves and Silvey have the last laugh, as Raising Cane’s has transformed the chicken universe. There’s something southern about Raising Cane’s that hard to replicate, and although other chicken tender joints have popped up in recent years, none have risen to the stature of Raising Cane’s.

The quality of the chicken fingers is always fresh, and serving it up with crinkle-cut fries (the best fries, you can @ me on it) and Texas Toast, just makes for a perfect ending to a stressful day on the job.
