2. Chick-fil-A

Claim to fame: Chicken sandwich

The Reason:

As they famously claim, they didn’t invent the chicken sandwich, but they did perfect it, and that slogan is truth in advertising. You can search all you want, but you will not find a soul who has had a bad meal at Chick-fil-A, and their chicken sandwiches are so legit, that they don’t require mayo.

Another menu item that one can’t beat is their waffle fries, which you can eat by themselves. Need your fix in the morning? Their chick-minis are forever on point, and one can’t describe Chick-fil-A without mentioning their customer service.

I really have no clue why other fast-food restaurants haven’t picked up on what Chick-fil-A is doing, but this is one fast-food institution where you see a line wrapped around the building, and you’ll still jump in line because you know you will still be served in three minutes flat.

I swear, they send their customer service workers to boot camp.

Best menu item: Chicken Sandwich

Simple, basic, but full of juicy flavor, their signature menu item is the go-to. Sometimes, it’s good to be basic.

Worst menu item: Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap

Listen, I know people watch their carb count, but you’re at Chick-fil-A. Don’t go with a wrap that’s so-so at best. Get that chicken sandwich and make your tummy happy.
