When the majority of people sit down to eat a sandwich, no matter what kind, odds are they will have a bag of potato chips right alongside. And for many people, those chips will be some flavor of Lay’s Potato Chips.

They are an iconic brand for many reasons, but the most simple is that their chips are ridiculously good. Add in that they come in a myriad of flavors to satisfy almost any appetite and you can see why Lay’s and potato chips are pretty much the same thing.

But can you eat a bag of chips without the sandwich? Is that even possible? I mean, I know plenty of folks who have done it, myself included. But it is a question that the potato chip maker apparently needs an answer to.

Lay’s three sandwich-inspired flavors of potato chips will be available for a limited time.
