IHOP Coffee launches to make morning even sweeter
Some restaurants have a special touch to them and for some, that’s IHOP. The restaurant known for its pancakes is branching out a bit with IHOP Coffee.
Even if you didn’t grow up near an IHOP, we can all recognize the iconic sign and if you ever went on family vacations, that’s always where you went. I mean back then, it was relatively cheap and featured a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items to choose from.
Now that we’re all known grown up, IHOP is snagging our attention again. This time, the restaurant is launching its own coffee. Of course, it should come as no surprise that the brand’s coffee is inspired by its famous pancakes.
Somehow, this seems like the most delicious idea in the world and I’m stunned that IHOP didn’t jump on the coffee bandwagon before now.
IHOP Coffee brings some pancake flavor to your morning routine.
If you’re already jumping for joy at the prospect of IHOP Coffee, you’ll be happy to know it should already be rolling out on shelves nationwide. If you’re a bit more skeptical though, the brand was kind enough to share the flavors with us for those who want to know more.
Currently IHOP Coffee comes in three flavors: “Signature Blend” which is a nice medium roast, “Buttery Syrup” which is supposed to be reminiscent of syrupy pancakes and “Chocolate Chocolate Chip” which is unsurprisingly a chocolate fudgy flavor. As you can see, IHOP is catering to all of its customers with these new flavors.
Additionally, IHOP Coffee can either be purchased as ground coffee or in K-Cups. However, if you love the smell of IHOP, the brand is launching a limited-edition “IHOP Coffee Mug Diffuser” which will make your home smell like “Buttery Syrup.” I don’t know about you but that sounds pretty heavenly to me. While you can find the coffee at your local grocery store, you’ll have to order the diffuser from Amazon for $19.99.
If you’re a pancake lover, I’m sure you and IHOP Coffee will be a match made in heaven. I’m not even a huge coffee drinker and I want to give it a try. I am a big IHOP fan so that checks out. Even so, it’s awesome to see IHOP adding its name to the coffee ring.
What do you think, Guilty Eaters? Will you be trying out the new IHOP Coffee? Which flavor are you most looking forward to?
