Americans love to snack! Take a walk down the snack aisle of any grocery store and the options are endless. If you are looking for a snack to help fill you up, high-protein snacks might just be the way to go.
Today, Whisps released its third-party commissioned snack survey findings. The study found that 79% of adults are trying to eat healthier snacks and 70% also prefer protein-rich snacks. While hard-boiled eggs and cottage cheese may be high in protein, they aren’t the most convenient to travel with.
