Summer is soon approaching and that means one thing at Tim Hortons: strawberry-flavored treats are back! You can always expect Tim Hortons to release some wonderful treats that will just brighten up your day. This is not the first time the chain has offered a summer treat that was fruit-centric. Back in 2019, Tim Hortons had a limited-time strawberry menu that was released in the spring. At the time, it was a way for those living in colder climates to get a taste of summer.

This year, however, the chain has released three treats for a limited time at participating US locations. To check whether your nearest Tim’s is selling them, use their website to find out more. Unfortunately for Canadians such as myself, these treats will not be available to us (I know, it sucks).

Tim Hortons brings strawberry treats back to the menu for summer

Without further ado, here are the three treats Americans can look forward to trying:

Strawberry cheesecake muffin

This is a strawberry-flavored muffin with a creamy cheesecake filling. What more could one want? It combines some of the best things you can possibly get: strawberry, cheesecake, and muffin. And they only cost $1.99.

Strawberry cream donut

A yeast donut filled with Venetian cream and topped with strawberry-flavored fondant and a vanilla-flavored fondant drizzle. Costing $1.25, I am pretty sure you will be coming back again and again for a donut like this.

Strawberry dip donut

A yeast ring donut topped with strawberry-flavored icing and hand dipped in nonpareil rainbow sprinkles. For just $1.29, you can have this delicious donut along with your favorite Tim Hortons drink.

What to do if these treats are unavailable to you

If your local Tim Hortons does not sell these treats or if you are Canadian, worry not. The regular menu features plenty of strawberry-flavored items. You can always grab a strawberry watermelon quencher or a frozen lemonade. If donuts are more your thing, go for the strawberry swirl donut. Be sure to use their website whenever possible to place your order as you can earn points and rewards on your purchases.
