Reynolds is a co-owner of Aviation Gin and is a fan of the brand, which makes sense. Plus I don’t know about you, but Ryan Reynolds is one of my favorite celebrity dads so it’s worth mentioning.
That said, let’s understand why this is such a good one for Dad. Of course, the entire point is to use Aviation Gin as that’s what the recipe calls for. With a name like “The Vasectomy” though, I’m sure you’re dying to know what’s in the drink so let’s break it down.
As far as ingredients go, you’ll need 1.25 ounces of Aviation Gin, 1 ounce of cranberry juice, a dash of lemon juice, 3 ounces of tonic, and an orange twist. This is where the fun begins as add the ice to your glass then follow up with the two juices and the gin. Once that’s done, you’ll add the tonic to the finish and stir until well combined before garnering an orange twist.
