2. Shrimp Scampi Stuffed Shells

Time to Make: 1 hour & 15 minutes

Here are all of the ingredients that you will need for the Pasta & Filling:

  • Salt & Pepper
  • 40 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp, chopped (21-25)
  • Splash of white wine (fave or your choice)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Two 8-oz packs of cream cheese, at room temp
  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta
  • 1 cup grated parm
  • 2 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried works)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cups grated mozzarella

Here are all of the ingredients that you will need for the Sauce:

  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 1/4 cup AP flour
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley, minced (fresh or dried works just fine)
