7. Cookie Salad

Here are all of the ingredients that you will need:
- Two 3.4-oz packages instant Vanilla or French Vanilla pudding (mix)
- Two 3.4-oz packages instant Coconut Cream pudding (mix)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups milk (whole or other fave)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Two 8-ounce containers frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
- One 20-oz can pineapple tidbits (or freshly chopped, should you possess the time)
- One 15-oz can Mandarin orange segments, drained
- 24 fudge strip cookies (can also use the sugar-free variety as well)

First of all, when I came across something that said ‘Cookie Salad’, I almost instantly clicked on it. I’m a coconut-lover, but my boyfriend like many others that I know, are not. So, instead of adding in the coconut cream pudding, you may opt to just add in double vanilla or any other flavor that would go well with all of the other fruity and creamy flavors that are a part of this salad! Eat up!
