Ask most folks about Maneet Chauhan and they’ll tell you that they know her from Food Network’s Chopped and winning the second season of Tournament of Champions. And while that is true, it is far from a complete picture.

It’s easy to forget that Maneet Chauhan is also an award winning restaurateur and chef. She has won a James Beard Award and one of her restaurants in Nashville was named one of the best in the entire country.

So it should come as little surprise that Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida has come calling. The result will be a new Indian-inspired restaurant that will be opening later this year at Disney Springs.

Maneet Chauhan plans to open EET in Disney Springs later this year.

Revealed on the Disney Eats Facebook page, the new restaurant will be run by Chauhan and successful hospitality entrepreneur Vivek Deora, who also happens to be her husband. It will be one of the few the chef has opened outside of her home of Nashville, Tennessee.

EET, which is what the new restaurant will be called, will open in the Disney Springs part of the park, which is an entertainment, food and shopping complex. It has been a part of Walt Disney World since the 1970s under a variety of different names over the years.

As of yet there is no word on what the menu will include, but the announcement says that EET will have a “modern, fun Indian-inspired concept.” So fans can probably expect similar dishes to what Chauhan has made popular in her restaurants in Nashville, including Chauhan Ale & Masala House.

Regardless, you can be sure there will be a line waiting to get in once an opening date has been announced. Prepare for a road trip foodies. You can be sure it’ll be worth it.
