French’s is celebrating National Mustard Day with Mustard Skittles

When you think of French’s Mustard, what comes to mind? Are you thinking about hot dogs and hamburgers? What about Skittles?

In honor of National Mustard Day, on August 5, French’s is going all out for the fifth year in a row. And what better way to do that then by giving us a rather unique innovation?

For the first time ever, fans of both French’s yellow mustard and Skittles will be able to enjoy a next level, tangy treat. And yes, these Skittles really are yellow!

So how can you get your hands on a bag of these limited edition mustard Skittles? There are two ways to do this. First there is the online sweepstakes that is currently running while supplies last and then there are the pop up events.

French’s Mustard partners with Skittles for a tangy treat for National Mustard Day

According to the press release that was sent out, in person, pop of defense will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, Washington DC, and New York City. Not only will you be able to taste the mustard skittles, but you’ll also be able to get your hands on some branded swag from their mustard mobile. What is the mustard mobile? It’s a bright yellow, vintage bus, featuring a giant mustard skittle on top.

The Atlanta stop takes place on July 31st from 11 AM to 3 PM at Ponce City Market. The Washington DC stop happens August 2 from 11 AM until 3 PM at City Center. And the final stop is New York City on August 5, at Hudson River Park from 11 AM until 3 PM.

As odd as mustard flavored Skittles might sound, we actually cannot wait to get our hands on a bag for ourselves. We love that French’s thought outside of the box for this year’s National Mustard Day celebration.
