Taco Bell adds new Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco in August

Taco Bell is constantly adding new items to its menu. The fast-food chain’s latest innovation is the Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco.

Even the name sounds delicious and very reminiscent of the rolled chicken tacos of the past which I still miss and am thinking about constantly. I know it’s unlikely but please, Taco Bell, bring them back!

We’re not here to talk about rolled chicken tacos, though. These new Grilled Cheese Dipping Tacos are something unlike anything else the brand has released before and I’m excited to see it be released in August for $3.49.

While it’s a limited-time item, there is a lot to be excited about with the new Grilled Cheese Dipping Tacos.

Darn Taco Bell and its limited-time items because they’re always so delicious. I’m sure the Grilled Cheese Dipping Tacos will be no expectation. If you’re unfamiliar with this new item, no worries as we’ve got the scoop.

These Grilled Cheese Dipping Tacos will be released on August 3rd and feature slow-braised shredded beef, a creamy jalapeno sauce, and a cheese mix wrapped together in a fried taco shell. Once it’s finished, you have the choice of either nacho cheese or red sauce to dip your taco in. Either one sounds heavenly and this just feels like a new chapter for Taco Bell.

Seasoned beef, chicken, and steak have been the mainstays for so long. Adding something new like shredded beef could end up being a fan favorite. While the brand has featured shredded chicken in the past, shredded beef never got much love so I’m excited to see how this tastes and to see if it ends up being a good entree or is more of a fun addition to your favorite meal.

I feel like even if you’re not a big Taco Bell eater, this is enough to make you want to try. This is a brand new item for TB and it’s clear the brand is testing the market right now. It’s always nice to see a fast-food giant as big as Taco Bell try something new. Let’s just hope that it’s every bit as tasty as the pictures look.
