The 9th episode of the second season of Crime Scene Kitchen just came to a close this week. This week, we had yet another special guest none other than…star Center of the Orlando Magic, Dwight Howard! He’s the inspiration behind this week’s Safety Bake as all of the pros and noobs will be making his favorite dessert in the first challenge! I just hope that it’s something good, pronounceable, and recognizable for us watching at home of course!

Will a pro team or a ‘selfie’ team win this week?

It’s always fun to look back on episodes of shows like this because it’s fun to see what you thought of something as it was happening and watching along with it. There is certainly no other show like it: it’s got elements of being a detective series and delicious desserts.

So with all of that being said, let’s dive right into the thick of it all!

If you enjoy Crime Scene Kitchen, then be sure to tune in each week on Monday, starting at 7 pm CST, where we will see some mysterious treats being made by some of America’s best bakers!

Are you ready? Let’s go!

Crime Scene Kitchen combines mystery and baking!

In case you missed week or season one, here’s the premise of the show: each week there are two challenges. In both challenges, before the baking actually begins, each team has a chance to ‘investigate’ the kitchen. There are dirty dishes, used utensils, things in the fridge, and definitely some things to fool you (quite a few this week) and throw you off guard just a bit.

Since all of the self-taught and pro teams combined in the merge last week, we will be seeing both of these different types of bakers combined into one big episode! Whoever makes it past the semifinals will secure their spot in the finals next week– one step closer to that coveted grand prize!

In the ninth episode of Crime Scene Kitchen, the Safety Bake had the following clues:
