When does the Starbucks PSL arrive?

It is the middle of August and yet, we are excited for the return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks. So when exactly does this iconic drink drop?

Since the end of July, it has been said that the fall menu at Starbucks would drop around the usual time. This means the final Tuesday of August. In 2023 that meant the menu was set to drop on August 29.

However, it sounds like things are changing in the Starbucks world. According to markie_devo, a very influential Foodie on Instagram, it seems as if Starbucks decided to change the date. And why would they do that? Because other companies are trying to get a jump on their Pumpkin Spice Latte season of course.

When does the Pumpkin Spice Latte return at Starbucks?

We all know that the PSL at Starbucks is one of the most iconic fall drinks. It is almost synonymous with the brand, and it is the most ordered drink of the fall. However, it’s not the only amazing drink on their menu for the fall. They also have the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato and two new drinks joining the fray. But no matter what is on the fall menu, it is definitely the PSL that people want to know about.

And with brands like Dunkin, 7-Eleven, Wawa, and even Tim Hortons coming for the magic of the Starbucks PSL, it makes sense that the brand would decide to do an earlier release. So, when exactly is the PSL dropping? According to our Instagram sleuth, it looks like the Starbucks fall menu has moved up to August 24.

Whether the fall menu drops on August 24 or August 29, it will absolutely run until November 1. This means we have at least two solid months of Pumpkin Spice Latte’s to enjoy. And of course, there are the other fall drinks to enjoy as well.
