Circle K and DC partner to debut HeroBadge collectibles

DC Comics created some of the most iconic superheroes of all time. Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman are just a few of the over 200 characters in the DC Universe. Circle K, the convenience store and gas station chain, recently partnered with DC to release some fun  collectibles called HeroBadges.

The HeroBadges are a limited edition line of 24 different images. These are roughly 1-2 inches in size. Each HeroBadge features one of 24 different DC Super Heroes or Super Villians. The badges are washable, textured fabric stickers that can be used to decorate items like laptops and water bottles.

So how do you get your hands on these HeroBadge collectibles? From September 6 through October 31, 2023, simply spend $10 or more in a transaction at your local Circle K to receive a HeroBadge. Besides coffee, ALL the snacks and, of course, the Circle K exclusive MTN DEW Purple Thunder,  even fuel is included in the $10 minimum!

It’s going to be fun trying to collect all 24 HeroBadges, but that’s not all the enjoyment Circle K and DC have for customers. You can download the Circle K app to scan the HeroBadges collected and earn E-Badges. There’s also a chance to win weekly prizes and play a Match & Win game. By scanning the HeroBadges, users are entered for a chance to win a trip to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood California or a weekly DC Super Hero swag prize. Prizes include items like framed art, throw blankets, skateboard decks and more.

In a press release shared with Guilty Eats, Melissa Lessard, Head of North American Marketing for Circle K noted: “From Superman’s cape to The Joker’s mischievous grin, HeroBadges perfectly capture the essence of beloved DC characters, and we’re thrilled to give Circle K customers a way to collect and show of their favorites….this collaboration between DC and Circle K allows people of all ages to express their fandom and spread the excitement with friends and family.”

DC fans may also be able to purchase licensed DC plush toys of some of their favorite superheroes. Small plush Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Harley Quinn toys are available for purchase at select Circle K stores, while supplies last.
