This behind the scenes look at NSYNC getting ready for Hot Ones is so real

Can we all just take a moment to appreciate the fact that NSYNC has not only reunited, but they are going all out with the appearances? We know the former music group (who else has a hard time calling them a boyband at this point?) have a single on the upcoming Trolls soundtrack (their first in over 20 years) and they had an epic reunion on the stage of the VMAS.

But the magic hasn’t stopped there. Instead, NSYNC is making the most of our love for them and they are also doing things like ads for The Children’s Place (at least Joey and Lance are, alongside Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean and Boyz II Men’s Wanya Morris) and now the whole group is doing Hot Ones together!

And we are living for this pop culture moment.

Of course, for us here at Guilty Eats, it is all about that Hot Ones appearance. And in the lead up to the video officially dropping, we have gotten an epic behind-the-scenes clip that has us wanting more of this group together.

NSYNC takes on the Hot Ones challenge together and the behind the scenes antics are all of us

In a post shared to the NSYNC Instagram account (as well as on TikTok), we got to see exactly what everyone did to get ready for their Hot Ones appearance. Justin seemed to be questioning his life choices, as he has already done Hot Ones in the past. And Lance reminded us all that taking Tums is a sign of being 40 (we feel this deep in our souls!).

Honestly, it was not only extremely funny, but also highly relatable watching the entire group take shots of Pepto Bismol and all the Tums in order to get ready for multiple rounds of hot sauces on wings. And just those hints at what it takes to cool that heat afterwards was amazing too. Like who can blame Justin Timberlake for just downing an entire bowl of ice cream to soothe the tongue?! I know we can’t.

This entire video is priceless and we love how they are just being so real about their age and what it means to get older! We all just feel this so much.

We can’t wait to actually watch NSYNC take on the Hot Ones challenge, but this behind the scenes look is even more priceless than the actual interview/challenge portion of the appearance.
