Whataburger is giving fans what they want by extending the Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit menu run

There are a lot of things we love on the Whataburger menu and there are items that we look forward to returning every season. In June 2023, the fast food chain made fans happy with the return of a spicy favorite, the Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit.

As we reported in June, the Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit hadn’t been seen in over a year, so it was definitely received with much applause when it relaunched. And now it sounds like Whataburger is listening to what the people want and making sure that customers can continue to get their favorite spicy breakfast sandwich for a bit longer.

According to the press release we were sent by Whataburger, they have heard their customers and decided to let us get spicy for breakfast. “Breakfast-loving early birds and midnight-munching night owls can continue getting their hands on Whataburger’s Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit for a little longer.”

If you have not yet tried the Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit, you still have time to change that. And of course, if you are already a fan, then you don’t need to worry about having to shake up your breakfast routine just yet.

For anyone unfamiliar with the Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit, it really is delicious and simple as it sounds. You get a “flaky buttermilk biscuit with shredded cheddar cheese and bits of diced jalapeños baked right inside,” with egg, cheese, and sausage giving us the perfect, filling breakfast sandwich.

We love the fact that Whataburger is listening to what the people want and keeping a fan favorite on the menu for longer. You can snag one for yourself at any Whataburger location from 11 p.m. until 11 a.m. And yes, we love the fact that you can make this a late night snack too!
