Episode 3 of Hell’s Kitchen starts off with an emotional challenge as the contestants cook a brunch for new American Citizens. For this challenge, the first team to completely serve their diners without issue and ring the bell will win an amazing prize.

Unfortunately for the red team, the entree portion of the brunch starts poorly as Gordon Ramsay has to call a time out over raw chicken. But they quickly get their kitchen in order in terms of getting the chicken cooked properly. The biggest problem for the red team is a lack of communication with each other.

For this Hell’s Kitchen challenge, it was pretty neck and neck at the end, with it being anyone’s guess as to which team would win. And it is all down to steak and eggs on both sides. In the end, the team that rang the bell and won the challenge was actually the blue team.

The blue team gets a rooftop pool party with lunch. On the other side of things the red team is stuck cleaning up the restaurant after the brunch for the new citizens, picking up confetti by hand.

Hell’s Kitchen goes from emotional brunch to dinner service with some familiar faces at the Chef’s Tables

It’s time for the second dinner in Hell’s Kitchen for this American Dream season. Victor Cruz will be in the blue kitchen, while Bobby Berk is over on the red side. As an added bonus RuPaul’s Drag Race Winner, Alaska, is also in the house.

As the teams start cooking for their chef’s tables, the blue team finds themselves setting a pan on fire. And that is compounded by the fact that they end up sending raw chicken up to Gordon Ramsay! Things continue to go wrong in the blue kitchen, with more issues making chicken for their Chef’s table.

In the end, the blue team ends up getting kicked out of the kitchen, while the red team continues struggling and even has to do a conference in the pantry, which still leads to them all getting kicked out as well.

Both the blue team and the red team have to nominate two people for elimination. And it is clear that these teams are not working well together as they can’t even have discussions over who will get nominated without it being drama.

In the end the blue team nominated Mattias and Brad. On the red team it was Donya and Claudia nominated. Ultimately, Chef Ramsay sent Claudia home as he didn’t “feel it” with her and her work.
