It’s the most wonderful time of the year (because we love all things Fall) and that means it is getting cold outside. And at QDOBA, that also means the return of a fan favorite menu item.

Just in time for cooler days, QDOBA is once again bringing Loaded Tortilla Soup to their menu. A staple of colder weather, this soup is a must try for fans of all things tortilla soup to begin with. Of course, this is a limited time return so you will want to order it while you can.

QDOBA brings back the Loaded Tortilla Soup for a limited time only

According to the press email we received about this returning favorite,

"Loaded Tortilla Soup is made with a vegetable broth flavored with roasted tomatoes, peppers, onions and spices. Guests can customize their soup by loading it up with their favorite savory protein — Brisket Birria, Grilled Adobo Chicken, Grilled Steak, among others — or enjoy as a vegetarian-friendly entrée. It also comes with your choice of toppings, such as sour cream, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, tortilla strips, and QDOBA’s always-free 3-cheese queso and hand-crafted guacamole."

Sounds amazing right? Honestly, we love the fact that you can absolutely customize this soup and that includes with both the toppings and the proteins! It actually makes this soup feel extra special and like it is being made for you (which technically it is).

While they recommend pairing this with their online exclusive menu item, the QuesaBirria Quesadilla, we can’t help but think that this soup is a meal all on its own.

We love the idea of sitting down with a bowl of this loaded tortilla soup on a cold day and we don’t need anything else to make the day more cozy.

Although we have yet to get our hands on this soup, we have heard so much about it that we are excited for its return and we can’t wait to try it for ourselves.
