Van Leeuwen shares winter lineup including Kraft Mac & Cheese ice cream
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. That’s exactly what Van Leeuwen and Kraft Mac & Cheese are counting on.
If you weren’t able to try the Kraft Mac & Cheese ice cream, you’re in luck as it’s coming back along with other seasonal flavors. This flavor first hit shelves in 2021 in honor of National Mac & Cheese Day.
Fans of both brands had their spoons ready as the initial run of 6,000 pints sold within an hour. In 2022, the limited-edition flavor hit Walmart shelves and became Van Leeuwen’s most successful launch ever.
Thankfully, you can now get this interesting Kraft Mac & Cheese ice cream again for a limited time. If you’re looking to try it, you can head to Walmart beginning on October 23rd but that’s not the only flavor hitting shelves this round.
Kraft Mac & Cheese and Van Leeuwen bring their beloved flavor back again.
The Kraft Mac & Cheese ice cream flavor is the lead-in for these flavors and rightfully so. We’ll talk about the other flavors in a second but I just wanted to make sure my fellow ice cream lovers know it’s only around until December 26th. You’ll just need to stock up if you’re looking to enjoy them in the new year.
As for the other Van Leeuwen flavors headed to shelves, the first one that pops out to me is the Dill Pickle flavor. Described as tangy and sweet, this one is another I’m sure a lot of fans will be clamoring to try. Thankfully, that’s the end of the savory options this round.
The rest of the lineup is all sweet which is what most ice cream fans are looking for when shopping. Next up is Peppermint Stick which is sweet cream ice cream with a few different peppermint flavors added. Then there’s Caramel Sticky Bun which has a cinnamon brown sugar ice cream mixed with caramel and cinnamon bun pieces. I feel like this would go great with some warm apple cider.
Next up is the Peanut Butter Fudge Pretzel which is a peanut butter ice cream along with swirls of fudge and praline pretzel pieces. Then there’s Kettle Corn which is a sweet corn and butter ice cream that features pieces of honeycomb. Of all the flavors, Kettle Corn sounds like a feast for your tastebuds.
Last but not least, the final flavor in this round’s lineup is Holiday Cookies & Cream which could be enjoyed at Thanksgiving or Christmas. This red ice cream includes dark chocolate cookies, and rich cream filling and is finished off with swirls of jolly green frosting.
If you’re looking to grab these, you can head to your local Walmart beginning on October 23rd. As mentioned, these will be available until December 26th and are set at $4.98 per container.
Which flavor are you looking forward to most? Will you be trying the Kraft Mac & Cheese ice cream?
