Oreo is one of many companies that has leaned quite heavily into the limited edition flavor market. It sometimes feels like a week doesn’t go by that we don’t hear about a new cookie flavor making its debut or a returning favorite that hasn’t been seen in forever.

I mean, everyone remembers when Oreo released Lady Gaga Oreos, right?

Anyway, many fans firmly believe that some flavors are too good and just shouldn’t be pulled after their time on the market. They become way too popular and, like the McRib, fans anxiously await for word when they might be returning to store shelves.

Well, if you have always thought that Hot Cocoa Oreos were in that category, then have we got some good news for you. Because just in time for the holidays, they are making a comeback.

Oreo brings back Hot Cocoa Oreos just in time for the Christmas holidays.

First introduced way back in 2017, Hot Cocoa Oreos include the classic cookies we all know and love with a marshmallow and hot cocoa flavored crème sandwiched between them. They are literally the perfect flavor of Oreo for the fall and winter seasons.

So of course, Oreo introduced the world to them six long years ago and they were never heard from again. Sure, we get Lady Gaga Oreos but they can’t bring back a flavor that fans love and just screams Christmas?

Anyway, Hot Cocoa Oreos are arriving on store shelves as we speak as well as a couple of other limited edition flavors so get them while you can. Because who knows when Oreo will make them available to enjoy once they’re gone.
