No longer will you have to leave the kids at home while dining at Just Salad. I mean you still can if you want.
If you’re looking to either change up your kid’s palettes or want to bring them along, Just Salad and Sesame Workshop decided to work together to create the brand’s first kids’ menu. It just recently launched, too so it’s a lot to be excited about.
The menu features a plethora of different options for kids from ages 4-12 with different items featuring their favorite Sesame Street characters and hopefully, getting your littles to try something new rather than just having what they’re used to.
Thankfully, Just Salad decided to share the new menu with us, and considering that it’s a team-up with the Sesame Workshop, there’s no way kids aren’t going to love it.
Just Salad x The Sesame Workshop comes together for a kid’s menu.
With all of that info out of the way, let’s get into the food because that’s what we’re all here for as Guilty Eaters. Given Just Salad’s fare, there are lots of healthy options and some items that will help your littles branch out from what they’re used to.
First up is Happy to be Harvest which features lettuce, apples, croutons, cheddar, chicken, and a balsamic vinaigrette. Keeping with that, there’s also the Me Want Ceasar which includes romaine lettuce & kale along with chicken, croutons, dried cranberries, apples, and a creamy caesar dressing to finish it off. If your kids are into salads, those are two options for them.
They might also enjoy the Om Nom Nom Bowl which includes brown rice, carrots, corn, roasted chicken, avocado, and ranch. There’s a twist on the classic for millennials and that’s Elmo’s Avo Toast which is avocado toast with corn added. That’s all for the savory options as there are two sweet options for those wanting to indulge their sweet tooth.
Moving onto the final two menu items, there’s the Ah Ah Almond Berry Smoothie which is made with Oat Milk, Banana, Almond Butter, Blueberries, Strawberries, and Flax Seeds. Last but not least, B is for Banana Smoothie which includes Oat Milk, Banana, Strawberries, and Flax Seeds. It all sounds like a great healthy option for kids and something that might expand their palettes a little bit.
These menu items are now available at Just Salad but just for those eating in-store. Given how beloved Sesame Street characters still are, I’m sure this will be a hit for kids and adults looking for healthier options for their kids.
What do you think, Guilty Eaters? Will you be having your little ones try the Sesame Street menu at Just Salad?
