Playa Bowls shares its 2023 Winter Menu and it’s full of treats

As December creeps ever closer, everyone is getting ready for the holidays including Playa Bowls.

The acai shop has become a favorite for those wanting something different than the usual fast-food fare. As I’ve recently tried Playa Bowls for the first time, I can attest to how good it is.

We’re not here to talk about that, though. We’re here to talk about the new specials for Winter 2023 and there are plenty of tasty options. In addition, the brand is hosting a giveaway if you’re looking to get extreme in 2024.

On the whole, this new menu sounds like the best thing to enjoy if you’re sick of all the rich and heavy options served around the holidays.

This new menu just came out on November 15th but will last until January 31st. We’ll get into the menu in a second but Playa Rewards members can enjoy $3.00 off one item from the winter menu until November 19th. It’s a great way to try something new especially if you’re a new Rewards Member.

The winter menu includes the North Pole Acai Bowl which features Playa Acai along with blueberry flax granola, banana, strawberry, Nutella, mint, and crushed peppermint. Then there’s the Avalanche Coconut Bowl which is Playa Coconut blended with blue spirulina before being topped with blueberry flax granola, banana, strawberry, walnut, coconut flakes, and cinnamon.

For the two drinks on the winter menu, there’s a Gingerbread Smoothie made with banana, vanilla protein powder, blueberry flax granola, gingerbread spice, cinnamon, and oat milk. The other drink is Peppermint Mocha Sweet Cream Cold Brew which features Chicory coffee concentrate with Chiobani Coffee Creamer Peppermint Mocha and oat milk. Lastly, is the Gingerbread Protein Bites made with granola, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, vanilla whey protein powder, brown sugar, and gingerbread spice.

If you’re feeling lucky, then you need to keep a close eye on Playa Bowls’ social media as the brand will be giving away a trip to the 2024 X Winter Games in Aspen, Colorado. As shared by the brand: “To participate in this contest, entrants must like and comment on Playa Bowls giveaway post, tagging a friend in the comments — both parties must be following @playabowls and the winner must be a Playa Bowls Rewards member.” The contest is going from December 4th until December 11th so it’s a quick turnaround.
