Last minute grocery trips happen all the time. And a holiday like Thanksgiving is no exception. That might mean a trip to Kroger for supplies is in order, especially if you are still looking to get any of the essentials for your holiday meal.
And according to the press email we received on behalf of Kroger stores, not only will many of their locations be open for the holiday, but you can still take advantage of some amazing deals in order to save on those holiday must-haves.
First, let’s talk about the stores being open on Thanksgiving Day. We asked about their holiday hours to confirm if they were open and were told that, “Many Kroger Family of Store locations will be open on Thanksgiving. Hours may vary by location, so shoppers should contact their local store for exact hours.”
Now it is on to the savings!
Kroger will help you save on Thanksgiving Day too
If you are still looking to get everything you need for a delicious holiday feast, Kroger has you covered with an epic deal that will even be available on Thanksgiving Day itself. In a press release from the company, they shared that for 2023 they are taking their holiday savings offer to a whole new level.
In 2023, Kroger shoppers can snag themselves a holiday basket that will feed up to 10 people for $5 per person. “The full basket comes with 15 holiday staples including Kroger Brand Turkey and Pumpkin Pie, must-have sides from Kroger Brand like potatoes and turkey stuffing, plus fresh Ocean Spray Cranberries and Sweet Jewel Yams.” Basically, this is the ultimate Thanksgiving feast without the outrageous price tag.
And if you really want to make life easier, you can add everything for your feast with the Thanksgiving Shop and set up an easy in-store pickup or even get it delivered. Of course, there is more to the shop than just the usual holiday sides and main dishes. You can also add in some other favorites to complete your grocery shopping for the week.
On top of the holiday basket deals, there are plenty of other coupons and savings that you can take advantage of in order to save big this holiday season. And with Kroger being open on Thanksgiving, we don’t have to feel guilty about forgetting the pie or stuffing this year.
We appreciate the fact that we can still save on our holiday essentials even on Thanksgiving Day. And of course, we love the fact that there are some great deals that will allow us to save some money and still stock our fridge and pantry.
