When it comes to grocery stores being open, there is one store that always seems to be open and it’s Weis Markets.
The East-Coast-based grocery chain has gone far beyond the Weis name. In particular, it has become a great place to shop for the holidays, especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas.
That’s in large part due to the store’s rewards project. If you’re a Weis Markets Club Card member, then you’ll know the benefits, but for the holidays, it’s something entirely different.
Thankfully you’re able to use the last of your points on Thanksgiving as the store has adopted its holiday hours of 7 am until 3 pm.
Headed to Weis Markets on Thanksgiving? Don’t forget your points.
If you’re headed to your local Weis Markets looking to use your points, you’ll be able to get a free Weis Quality turkey or ham for 400 points. For 200 points, you can get it for a discounted price. You can check at your local store to see what they have available.
Keep in mind that if you’re headed out on Thanksgiving, some items might be in short supply. If the store doesn’t happen to have a turkey or ham, you could always use your points for something else such as gas, chicken breast, ice cream, or iced tea. It all comes down to where your store is located and what items you’re looking to grab.
No matter if you’re looking to grab something last-minute for your Thanksgiving dinner or need something to energize you for Black Friday, then you can head to Weis during its designated hours. While the store isn’t open as long as normal, you’ll be happy to know the doors will open the following day at 8 am.
The holidays are already a stressful time so it’s nice to know that the company is allowing its employees to spend time with family. If anything, it’s a nice respite from being there late on a holiday.
