If there’s one thing about Baskin-Robbins, it’s that the renowned ice cream shop is constantly developing new creations for its fans. With flavors ranging from Monkey Business to Peanut Butter Blossom, it’s always interesting to see what direction the company chooses to go. This month is no different, as Baskin-Robbins has announced its flavor for November.

A cheesboard-inspired flavor

The new offering this month is “Brie My Guest,” inspired by cheeseboard favorites. The flavor combines brie and burrata-flavored ice creams with almonds, pistachio pieces, and apricot swirls. Together, it creates a crunchy, sweet, and savory option.

"Holiday gatherings are about sharing memorable experiences, and our Brie My Guest and Turkey Cake do just that," said Jerid Grandinetti, Vice President of Marketing & Culinary at Baskin Robbins in a press release provided to Guilty Eats. "Our new Flavor of the Month is a bold twist on the best parts of a cheeseboard that will delight your guests and spark conversation at the table."

Although I admire the ambition, I don't think I will brie a guest at Baskin-Robbins for this flavor. I have never been a fan of cheese-flavored ice cream, and this is an example of an item that is a little more adventurous than my tastebuds will allow me to go.

That said, if you’re a fan of these cheeses and the other toppings mixed in, it might be worth a try. Once again, Baskin-Robbins has developed a flavor that’s more unique than anything we could have imagined.

Beginning on Nov. 1, those interested can make their way to the ice cream spot and give this a taste. I, however, will be shifting my focus to the peppermint themed ones, as December is rapidly approaching.

Will you be trying the Flavor of Month for November from Baskin-Robbins? Do you like cheese-inspired ice creams?
