Crumbl Cookies is giving us two new treats including a sandwich cookie for Nov. 18-23

With Crumbl Cookies expanding their rotating menu to offer eight cookies instead of the usual six for the holiday season, we are getting more opportunities to try new things and returning favorites. And for the week of November 18 through the 23rd, we are not only getting a brand new cake, but we are also getting a new sandwich cookie. This means that we have two new items from Crumbl to enjoy along with the six returning favorites.

So what exactly are the two new additions to the rotating menu at Crumbl? First up for this week’s menu we are getting a Pink Velvet Cake. And then for the brand new cookie, we have a Mint Mallow Sandwich. Both of these treats sound like the perfect holiday addition to any menu, even if they are dropping the week before Thanksgiving.

When it comes to the Pink Velvet Cake, we are looking at a cake flavored like cake batter. It has a light pink color to it (of course), and it’s layered with a cream cheese frosting, flavored like vanilla. On top of a frosting swirl, we get more crumbles of the pink cake. This sounds like a more delicate cake flavor, but we are sure this is going to be a winner.

Then we have our new sandwich cookie, the Mint Mallow Sandwich. For this cookie, we get two “cookies and cream cookies” that have a mint mousse sandwiched in between them. Honestly, this sounds quite delightful if you like chocolate and mint. And that minty green color of the mousse is quite eye catching.

What is on the Crumbl Cookies menu for November 18-23?

Beyond the two new additions to the rotating menu, what else does Crumbl have for us this week?

• Pink Velvet Cake
• Mint Mallow Sandwich Cookie
• Lemon Cheesecake Cookie - The base of this cookie is actually a graham cracker flavored cookie that gets a cheesecake frosting on top. On top of the cheesecake frosting they add a lemon curd and finish it all off with a slice of lemon. This is everything we could have hoped for in a lemon cheesecake cookie and more.
• Oatmeal Skillet Cookie - Take a classic oatmeal cookie and then add a vanilla bean flavored mousse on top. Drizzle the top of the cookie with a caramel of butterscotch and finish it off with crumbles of oatmeal cookies.
• Churro Cookie - For this delightful treat we start with a cinnamon flavored cookie that has a buttercream swirl on top that has been flavored with even more cinnamon. Then the cookie is finished with cinnamon and sugar.
• Confetti Cookie - In a lot of ways, this is a simple cookie that is bursting with color and flavor. This is a vanilla flavored sugar cookie that is stuffed with sprinkles. And that is all it needs to be.
• Classic Peanut Butter - If ever there was a classic cookie, this would be it. And Crumbl keeps it simple with a peanut butter cookie featuring the iconic cross hatch on top.
• Milk Chocolate Chip - This is a classic cookie that is impossible not to enjoy.

Honestly, this entire menu sounds like a win to us. And while we may not be able to get the Pink Velvet Cake as a mini, we are excited to grab all of the other cookies in the mini sizes to try.
